سلسلة ليسينج (1927-1937) هي السابعة عشرة والأخيرة من الأشكال المعترف بها من قطع الشطرنج من طراز ستاونتون.

تصميمنا هو استنساخ دقيق لآخر تصميم معترف به رسمياً أطلقه جاك أوف لندن. وكما هو الحال مع القطع الأصلية، فقد تم ترجيح هذا الطقم بشكل تقليدي باستخدام الرصاص المملوء بالرصاص في قاعدة قطع الشطرنج.

صُنع الطقم ببراعة من خشب الأبنوس الأصلي وخشب البقس مع عمل حرفي ماهر على الفرسان.
تم استخدام خشب الأبنوس غير المعالج وغير المصبوغ بالكامل على الجيش الأسود. إذا نظرت عن كثب، سيتمكن المشترون من رؤية نمط حبيبات جميل في جانب خشب الأبنوس من الطقم.

هذا التصميم يؤكد بشكل جيد على نمط ستونتون التقليدي مع عدم وجود حواف حادة أو نقوش دقيقة. التصميم القوي للقطع يجعلها متعة في حملها واللعب بها.
