The *Alexandria Luxury Staunton Burnt Carving Chess Set* features exquisitely crafted chess pieces inspired by King Alexander the Great’s legendary Greek army. Each piece, from the regal king to the humble pawn, is majestically designed, with the knight standing out as a true showstopper, boasting a finely carved mane and an elegant, well-postured snout.

The dark side is artistically burnt using a fire gun to create a striking contrast with the light side. Detailed floral carvings adorn each piece, which is finished with a lacquer coating, lending a polished, glossy appearance. Triple weighted for optimal balance, this set embodies luxury and craftsmanship.

These Alexandria Luxury Staunton Burnt Carving Chess Pieces are nothing short of exquisite! They are absolutely STUNNING and will literally take your breath away! You will be the envy of all your chess friends when you break out these pieces to play! I am also very impressed with Chess Mall's quick shipping to the USA. This is my second purchase from them and everything was well packaged and arrived in safe condition. Highly recommended!

The world champion of chess pieces.

I bought the Alexandria burnt set and the Queens Gambit set but this Marengo set is a level higher. What a peace of art especially the carving of the knights. Wauw. In my opinion the best you gonna get. And what a marvelous chessboard. Worth every euro. Greetings from a satisfied customer from The Netherlands. Paul 👍🏻👍🏻🇳🇱🇳🇱👋🏻👋🏻

The carving on the knights is impressive, and the pieces have a nice, steady weight. Everything feels solid and well-made on the board, with the knights especially standing out and feeling premium in hand.
