This set is extremely nice. This is the most beautiful red I have seen. It would be at home on either 2.25 or 2.375 inch squares. I like the design of all the men a lot. The bottom of a king, a queen, and 3 pawns was not smooth because the weights protruded. I removed the pads and smoothed them with my Dremel tool, and then glued the pads back. Now the set is perfect. I love perfect!
