Our Spartacus series chess pieces are named so after the famous gladiator who lead a history defining uprising against the Roman Republic. The complete army of chessmen have beautiful twin rings at their bases with symmetrical design profiling common from the sovereign to the pawn.

 

The knights are expressive and have a beautiful flowing mane depicting action on the chess-board.

The set is triple weighted with lead to increase the ballast and playability on the chess board. 

Each piece is lovingly hand carved and turned by our master carvers to create a heirloom quality masterpiece.

Sin duda otra otra obra maestra de Royal chess mall este es mi tercer set de ajedrez y vienen en camino 3 sets más y sin duda siempre superan mis expectativas, Spartacus conserva el diseño Staunton pero con enorme elegancia si caballo es una obra maestra artesanal! This is a beautiful chess set. The pieces are gorgeous and have been teaching my wife how to play since I got it. The cats wanted in on the action too. Santa Claus was good to me this year!!
