Very happy with the quality of all the pieces and the service.
Every piece was flawless with the exception of the white King. The cross was slightly crooked. I wouldn't care if this was a cheap Amazon set, but for the price I expect all pieces to be perfect. Customer service responded right away and verified the discrepancy from the photo I sent. They sent me a photo of my replacement King for my approval. After I approved the piece, they shipped it right away. I'm hoping that the King will be as perfect as the photo.
I was a bit nervous about spending so much money and risk there being a quality issue or something like that, but I can honestly say that my set was perfection, all packed brilliantly and safely. I’ve now ordered the coffer to look after the pieces so that one day I will be able to pass this chess set onto my children/grandchildren when the time comes. A work of ART, I could not be happier with it. True artisan workmanship, I’m very grateful indeed, thank you!!
Very very nice. The pieces are extremely high quality and feel that way in your hand. I of course love the design, all of the pieces are works of art. I got the ebony and couldn’t be happier. When I purchased them online I thought they were a little expensive but after getting them I have decided they are certainly worth more. The pieces arrived quickly, well packed, and perfect in every way.
