Otherwise, they are of high quality like any of our typical chess sets of the same range and are in proper playable/ usable condition.

All the features of the big boys

The pieces fit great on a 45mm square board.
They are really detailed for such compact size.
The ebony version reinforce the luxurious finish and make the pieces heavy for that size.
The slightly imperfect is related to a pawn bottom.

Slightly Imperfect 3.1" Pro Staunton Luxury Chess Set

I was a bit apprehensive about ordering this set due to the - slightly imperfect - discription but was plesantly surprised when the set arrived, very small detail to one of the knights eyes and I mean very small, arrived 3 days early which was great, set itself is in lovely condition and the packaging was superb, all in all 5 stars from me

Superb

Gorgeous, well-weighted pieces that feels fantastic in the hand and don’t tip easily. I have them on a board with 40mm squares which is the right minimum size for them.
The only imperfection I can see is some variation in colour in the white pieces, which I would have happily accepted in handmade wooden pieces anyway.
