Reunited with an old friend ....

I recently purchased 14" Large Rosewood & Maple Wooden Inlaid Magnetic Chess Set Board for Travel on a whim. After setting up the board, I realised how much I had missed playing chess after 30 + years.

Beautiful chess set and board. Well-made and good craftmanship. It is all wrapped up and tucked under the tree. It's a gift, but I can't wait to play with it myself.

We gave this as a gift and my brother loved it! The woodwork was beautiful, and we loved that the pieces nest inside the foam inserts instead of rolling free when the board is closed up. We had one piece that the magnet came loose from the bottom during the first game, but it was easily remedied with a dab of super glue. Thank you for a beautiful chess set!

Hi, we live in New Zealand. I’m wanting to get a chess set for my son, for his 21st, which is on the 3rd March. Not sure where you are based. Do you think it would arrive in time?
Thanks
Sarah
