ジョン・カルヴァートは、スタウントン以前の時代にイギリスで最も著名なチェス彫刻家の一人だった。(18世紀頃）

当店のカルヴァート・チェス・ピースは、ジョン・カルヴァートの代表的なデザインの一つを精密に再現したものです。

これらのチェスの職人技の質は非常に高く、長年の経験を持つ熟練した彫刻家だけが達成できるものです。

高級チェス駒の製作に長年の経験を持つ熟練した職人が、ひとつひとつ愛情を込めて手彫りし、手回しで仕上げています。
