レッシング・シリーズ(1927-37)は、スタントン・パターン・チェス・ピースの17番目の、そして最後のバリエーションです。

当社のデザインは、ロンドンのジャックス社が発売した、公式に認められた最後のデザインを忠実に再現したものです。オリジナルと同様に、このセットもチェスの駒の底部に鉛を埋め込むという伝統的な方法で重りが付けられています。

このセットは、本物の黒檀の木とツゲの木で巧みに作られており、ナイトには熟練した職人技が施されています。
ブラックアーミーには、完全無処理・無染色の黒檀が使用されている。よく見ると、黒檀の木目が美しい。

このデザインは、鋭いエッジや繊細な彫刻のない伝統的なスタントン・パターンによく似ている。頑丈なデザインで、持って遊ぶのが楽しくなる。

Exquisite Chess Set

These chess pieces are simply beautiful! The triple weighting also makes them stable and the feel nice in the hand.

I use them while playing on lichess.org to visualise over the board play. I find it helps my concentration for calculation to focus on the standardized pieces, board, and colours. In my first game I beat Stockfish 6.

The package arrived in Australia promptly from Amritsar via China, and Singapore and the set and board were well packed and undamaged.
