I bought the 4” Bridle Staunton chess set - rosewood and boxwood.
The carving of the Knights was poorly done - there is an over-size drill hole between the jaw and neck of each Knight, making them look like a pendant that is worn around the neck! The drill bit was too large and drilled-out the lower jaw and upper neck of each piece.
Do you have a better-crafted Knight that I can use to replace these 4 pieces? I’m willing to pay as long as it’s not too much. I am so unhappy with these pieces that I do not want to play with this set.
What can you do for me?
Thank you,
Rory Wall

Are these pieces weighted?
Hello Drew
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This chess set is made of solid metal, so it is very heavy and does not require extra weight to be inserted.
