Our Improved French Lardy chess pieces are a precise reproduction of the ever popular tournament chess sets from the French Manufacturers Lardy.
These sets were quite popular in 1960's due to their sturdy design. They conform to the staunton proportions and have no sharp , protruding edges making them a pleasure to hold and play with. Durable in their construction, they are designed to withstand the rigours of practical play.
