The pieces are incredible, the knights have fantastic detail, and the angular representation of the bishops is quite unique. They fit very well on my board with 2" squares, albeit a little tight, 2.25" might be a little better. The one issue I've had is one of the weights on a pawn is a little loose.
I got it into my head to build my own chess board - birds eye maple and walnut... it turned out so well I had to order custom pieces for it, and these pieces from RoyalChessMall are everything I hoped for - solid rosewood, with superb heft and balance, exquisite detail - and impeccably packaged.
