Absolutely stunning board, top quality wood selection, flawless craftsmanship.
Pictured is the ebony board 55mm squares with RCM's Dubrovnik 1950s set.
Really eye catching centrepiece to any coffee table that just invites guests to come sit and play. You cannot help but feel pleased looking at it. Even better to play on as you glide the pieces over the high gloss finish. Superb!

This is a beautiful chess board. I was very happy with my purchase. It was a gift and the receiver loved the board. It was a nice large size. It is just what I needed.

Impeccable craftsmanship along with the exotic wood used makes these chess pieces standout like no others. Beautiful ebony, rosewood and boxwood. I have bought a beautiful board along with the chess pieces and two cases to protect them for generations to come. Thank you for the class act, Joe

This chess board is pretty as heck and has a really nice finish on it. The wood is cool looking and it has like felt on the bottom or something so that it won't scratch your table. It's also very sturdy and solid feeling.

Very fast shipping to Austria. The board is heavy and really looks and feels great. Had a very nice and helpful contact with Vik through the ordering process. Can just recommend this shop and will come back for sure again.

My husband loves chess, and we have always played with a cheap glass set. I wanted him to have something truly special, something we can pass down to one of the children. I had initially looked for an antique set because I wanted the craftsmanship of days gone by.... but I couldn't find anything I liked in my price range, and what I found that I liked was thousands of dollars. I purchased this set and hoped for the best. I was not at all disappointed! It arrived packed so very carefully. It was perfect, and the workmanship is incredible. This is definitely a set that is worthy of becoming a family heirloom. So glad I took the chance and bought this board and a set of incredible pieces from the same seller

The only problem is that on one side of the board there is black paint that has slightly overflowed a little towards the squares and honestly, its an eyesore. I'm likely going to have to look to fix it in the future somehow by an experienced person . This is a minor thing but it does bother me. Overall though, its a very nice looking board and i'm satisfied with it.
