The delivery (by DELHIVERY courier company) was unduly delayed. Even after reaching destination in Coimbatore it was held up by the local agents for 2 more days as they waited to collect enough cargo to deliver all at one go in order to save cost! Even this was done only after my vigorous follow up and complaint.What is the use of a courier then? DELHIVERY promises but does not deliver!!

Everything arrived on time and the pieces and board look great. However, was disappointed in the case that the chess game came in. The top had some rips on it and the satin lining on the inside was very dirty.
